About me
Dr. Cory Mathieu is an Assistant Professor in the Multilingual Education Program at Western Washington University. She teaches classes in the EL and Bilingual Education endorsement programs. Cory is the leader of the Secondary Dual Language Initiative at the Center for Advanced Research in Language Acquisition (University of Minnesota). In Spring 2026, Cory is opening the Secondary Dual Language Hub at Western Washington University, a national hub for supporting secondary dual language programs and educators.
