About me
Dr. Terri Stockberger has 30+ years of working with bilingual students in Washington state and New Mexico. Currently she works as a K-12 Outreach Specialist for the STEM Outreach Center and Mathematically Connected Communities at New Mexico State University. She earned her doctoral degree in 2025, completing research in how teacher noticings and linguistic agency make mathematical discourse accessible through translanguaging.
Terri is involved in a variety of projects around the United States, including as a local facilitator for Math for All in partnership with the Educational Development Center and Banks Street College and being an Emerging Scholar with the Association of Teacher Educators.
